1Introduction

5Account Registration

Each Player may register one Account only on the j18803 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be merged or closed at the platform's discretion, with any associated bonus balances forfeited.

You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. 9Bonuses & Promotions

j18803 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet promotions, cashback offers and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published on each individual offer page:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount unless otherwise specified.

5. One Bonus at a Time: Unless stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while one is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j18803 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Providing false, fraudulent or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.

11Intellectual Property

• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, j18803's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the value of the Account Balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13Responsible Gambling

Active bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure unless wagering requirements have already been met.

Closure by j18803: The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where:

• The Player is found to be ineligible under Clause 4.
• The Account is inactive for a continuous period exceeding 12 months with no login or transaction activity.

Where an Account is closed by j18803 due to a breach, the platform reserves the right to withhold some or all of the Account Balance in accordance with the nature and severity of the breach.

15Amendments to These Terms

j18803 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the platform will notify registered Players by email or by a prominent notice displayed upon login, with a reasonable notice period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease use of the platform and contact support to close your Account.

16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
